Burstio – Animate your burst photos App Reviews

Exported a 14 photo burst into a animated GIF, which looks awesome. But, it now made it into the most smallest size ever, like 1995 file size. And, it won’t let you export to camera tool, or Facebook (properly…only uploads a still). So, this was a total waste of money.

I like the idea of the app and the simplicity of use. However, its useless to me as it crashes every time I try to download the video/.gif file. Very disappointed.

Looks good at first, however if you save or upload a gif to Facebook, its only a compressed image. Not animation. Can make a video, but not what I was looking for.

Gifs look bad and videos are too short even if you loop them. Its a great idea its a bummer it doesnt work too well.

Im reviewing this as of December 26, 2015. The app has not been updated since May 2015. It crashes every single time I go to export a video. Michael the app developer has not updated this app and almost 9 months!! Save your money and look for another app.

Great underrated app! Its brought life to a ton of memories I expected just to be static images. Easy to use. Great idea and great execution. Easy 5 stars.

Simple, does what it says and gives lots of great options!

Sad I paid money for this app. Burst photos that I moved to the camera roll cant be accessed. Not a mention of this on the literature or other reviews. Not worth the space it occupies on my phone until that changes. Like the idea, despise its limitations. Should be a free app.

It wont connection to my photos.

While this might be something Apple should include in their OS, 99 cents is money well spent to turn my bursts into gifs.
